Grief is the loss of love. And while we often associate grief with the death of someone we love, we can grieve the living, too. We grieve relationships, dreams, identities, places, and the many things in life that hold meaning for us.
Any experience of loss can bring grief, and grief asks to be felt, honored, and cared for. My work offers a compassionate space to explore that grief, reconnect with yourself, and find a way forward while honoring what—and who—you have loved.
